| SL Group was founded
as a subsidiary of Ambassador Group, a major property investor
and developer. The parent company is running large-scale investment
projects in several countries. Our company purchased a derelict
bus garage from the municipal transport company BKV in 2002.
Our first investment was the transformation of the bus garage
into a shopping center, retaining and reviving the splendor
of the listed industrial site. Since then, our company has
purchased properties in several Budapest districts, where
planning to develop residential buildings...

Dance competition in the shopping centre
"The Fórumház Egyesület, the dancegroup of Péter Havasi
always take a share in the district's events. This year the
1st 14th district dance competition was at 29 March in Récsei
Center, also from the countryside came participants..."
